This piston was manufactured based on an original sample to ensure the highest quality and authenticity. The manufacturing process began with the pre-turning of the piston, with particular attention paid to eliminating stresses. A stress-free annealing treatment was then carried out, followed by thorough sandblasting to ensure a flawless surface. After these steps, the piston was precision turned to completion. The process illustrated in the picture shows the careful production of the grooves for the piston rings, which is a crucial step in this high-quality manufacturing process.
